Files Limitations:
Please do not upload files larger than 2M at a time. You are allowed to upload less than 6 files. In case you want to upload several suspected files at the same time, we recommend you to use the archiving software such as WinZip, Win RAR, PKZip or Arj.
Spam Email:
Please do not submit spam email to our system analysis center. As it is known, spam emails are the unsolicited bulk messages without malicious content.
Submit via Program:
Alternatively you can choose to submit suspicious files via Spyware Cease application. Open Spyware Cease and click the Submit tab, you will be forwarded to the step-by-step wizards. If you want to compress the files, please use a packer such as WinZip, Win RAR, PKZip or Arj. To avoid them from being unpacked inadvertently, you should give the archive a password as “infected”.
Please note that this function is unavailable to the un-registered version.
Result:
If your submission contains a new malware that is currently unknown to us, we will arrange to upload our signatures database immediately. Then we will be able to detect and remove the malware. All submissions can be processed properly within 24 hours.
